Payment methods

Cash on delivery

This payment method allows you to pay for your order with cash directly to a courier upon delivery. Please take note that you can only pay in cash for orders totaling up to 500 €.

During the delivery of the products, we'd kindly ask you to have the exact amount of cash specified in your order. After the payment is complete, the courier will provide you with a delivery note and a receipt or invoice for your order.

Note: This payment method is not applicable to islands.

Card on delivery

This option allows you to pay with a card directly to a courier upon delivery. The carrier will have a portable bank card reader for card payments. After the payment is complete, the courier will provide you with a receipt or invoice for your order.

Mobile and bank card payment options

Pay for your order in advance using your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), or using popular mobile payment methods (Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal).

IRIS

IRIS is a fast and secure payment method offered by Greek banks. It allows instant money transfers with no fees, using your e-banking account. Choose IRIS at checkout to complete your order easily and safely.

Payment in 3 instalments with a credit card

Online instalments. You can split your payment into 3 equal, interest-free instalments when purchasing online. This payment option is available for orders over 250 € with a credit card.

Instalments on delivery (in Athens only). You can split your payment into 3 equal, interest-free instalments upon furniture delivery. This payment option is available for orders over 250 € with a credit card and is available in Athens only.

You will be able to monitor and manage your instalment payments through your bank account.

Bank transfer

With this payment method, you can initiate a direct transfer of money from your bank account to ours. The payment must reach our bank before the delivery of your order. When making the payment, please indicate your order number in the payment purpose field (e.g., #35XXXXX).

Good price guarantee

We offer a 'Good price guarantee', meaning that if you find the same, yet a cheaper product in a different online store operating in Greece, we will match the price and deliver it for free in mainland Greece.

To use the 'Good price guarantee', you need to send us a link to the product from another online store where the product and its price are clearly visible. You can send us the link at [email protected], via Facebook message, or leave a comment when placing an order.

The 'Good price guarantee' does not apply if:
- The online store does not operate in Greece.
- The product specifications are not identical.
- The product is subject to a promotion, discount, or sale.
- The product cannot be ordered from the provided link.
- The product is not new (e.g. used, refurbished, damaged).
- The product you are comparing has already been delivered to you.

Note: When using the 'Good price guarantee' additional discounts do not apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order upon delivery using cash, card, or through instalments. If you prefer to pay in advance, we accept popular bank cards and mobile payment options – including Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal, IRIS. When will I receive a refund if I cancel a paid order?
